Refund policy

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges.The conditions of the product for the return to be applied will be the following:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, therefore the product must be in optimal condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • The product must not be modified or altered from its original state

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • The product cannot have traces of having been used

  • The product must be in good condition and clean

The products for which the return does not apply will be:

Accessories, underwear, traveling cushion, personalized belts and cosmetics are not refundable, nor are promotional garments.

Changes (if it is applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to change it for the same article, send us an email to josueynia@hotmail.com and send your article to the address that appears on the web.

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards (gif cards).

  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial refunds are granted (if it is applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or a part is missing for reasons that were not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company.It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
